Where It All Began

My journey began with a mission to solve the challenges many face in building strong glutes and a solid core. As a lifelong athlete, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and Master Certified Personal Trainer, I saw the struggles caused by ineffective techniques and slow progress. 

Determined to make a difference, I became a Certified Glute Specialist and created the Great Glutes EMS Shorts, powered by cutting-edge EMS technology. To complement any routine, I also developed premium Resistance Bands for added versatility.
